Proud doesn't even begin to cover it.

This was two minutes after the game ended. Cleared, other than the MUSS!!

Kade and I decided to go the game last night in Provo despite the fact that A. I am not a fan of the Happy Valley and B. I may have ran 26.2 miles and wasn't sure if I would be able to jump up and down and scream at a football game until 11 pm.

The last time I was at Cougar Stadium was in 2005 when Utah won the game against the Cougars so I was hoping for a repeat.

You all saw the game so I don't need to give a play by play. But let me just tell you. I never thought I would be so happy to be in Cougar Stadium. I don't blame the entire stadium for leaving (believe me, at the TCU game, I was in pain every minute I stayed) but I am proud for those fans that stuck it out. Honestly, by the end of the fourth quarter, it might as well have been Rice-Eccles Stadium because the Utes were the only ones left and we were singing Utah Man Am I at the top of our lungs.

I am such a proud Ute. I bleed red everyday of football season. And being an alumni now, I am even more proud. This was the biggest loss BYU has had since 1922. ahh, I honestly felt like I was dreaming being at that game. I will never forget it.

Scoreboard!!

Observations of Cougar Stadium:

(not meant to be rude, but HONEST observations.)

-I heard a Cougar fan behind me say, "He just went to Utah because he doesn't want to shave everyday." .....are you hearing yourself??

-Still no Caffeine!! The Joseph Smith Memorial Building even has it..... What can we do to change this Cougs? We need some DC.

-Although I cannot stand the fight song or that "Go Mighty Cougars" song, they are catchy and I couldn't get them out of my head all night. (brainwashed?) :)

Someone left their Cougar Spirit behind. We had to.

See you at Rice-Eccles next year!! U-T-A-H Fight, fight, fight!

54-10
